What the visit does and does not decide
Dr. Shri Parimi verifies identification, reviews the documented qualifying diagnosis and your medical history, and makes a clinical decision. Georgia law also asks the physician to weigh whether the potential benefits outweigh the potential health risks. No outcome is promised at any point in the process.
After a successful visit the State of Georgia contacts you by email, the state fee is paid separately, and the Medical Cannabis Card is mailed to your address. Marijuana is not legal in Georgia; the registry permits registered patients to possess medical cannabis products as state law allows.
